The website publisher is a civil engineer who has lived and worked abroad for many years. He visits Nigeria most years for holidays, also to develop business ventures, and more recently to search for new talent.

This website was inspired by the uncelebrated talented Nigerians based in Nigeria and across the globe. A great example is Francis Cole a 22 years old year old Polytechnic student and entrepreneur who makes handmade shoes. He was 22 when he formally launched his shoe making business.
