Q1. What is the name of your company?
Answer: The name of our company is Millishield Integrated Service. We are incorporated with the CAC as a building construction company in Nigeria. We are an Engineering/Construction company founded with a mission to produce affordable housing for the average Nigerian with the use of unique Ecological bricks.
Q2. How long have you been in existence?
Answer: For more than three years, we have offered a wide range of construction services in Nigeria. We strive to maintain the highest standard while exceeding clients expectation at all levels.
Q3. What is your product basically?
Answer: We are into building construction using hollow red bricks. Bricks have been in use all around us but we use our unique bricks to create an alternative to how we build in Nigeria and this helps save a lot of money for the home owner.
Q4. Why would people need your product?
Answer: Millishield integrated service is well known for its innovation. We deliver specialized level of services to our customers through a successful collaboration with our designers, sub-contractors, suppliers and consultants so as to bring maximum satisfaction to our customers. More so, we bring down the cost of building construction and our products are eco friendly.
Q5. Who are your primary target markets?
Answer: Our primary markets are churches, companies, organizations, private home owners etc.
Q6. How affordable are your products and services?
Answer: Our bricks are very affordable. However we supply based on specifications and design. In addition, our construction management professionals organize lead and manage the people and material in order to execute a successful bricks construction project. Each brick cost 65 naira per one making it very affordable.
Q7. How can it be bought and delivered to your customers?
Answer : We always request for our client’s building plan which we use to estimate the number of bricks that will be needed. We schedule a pre construction visit to the project site. During this visit, we check the topography of the land, check for the best type of foundation, discuss with our client to know their finishing taste like the type of roof, window, floor, fittings etc. After which, we will go back to the drawing board to make a bill of quantity which will be submitted in record time. Then we schedule another meeting to fine tune the whole arrangement as regards the cost estimate for the bricks delivery and the entire construction project. Our clients are free to interact with us on WhatsApp.
Q8. What is the durability status of your product?
Answer: Our brick product and brick system is a lot durable as your house is built within a web of rods and concrete. Bricks are generally known to be more durable than other building products. This means that our specially designed bricks have the capacity to stand the test of time and our customers can be assured that our bricks are very durable and trustworthy
