Our Company

Our company, Worthwhile Ventures Limited operating under our brand name LOCKS AND SWITCHES is a one-stop hardware supermarket servicing the needs of corporate, government, as well as individual clients in the delivery of architectural finishes in the real estate industry. The company was registered in 1990 with registration number RC 143,614, and started business of trading in various items of hardware and architectural iron-mongery products in August 1997.

The company operates through its showroom at the Head office and it also operates through direct marketing, site visits, and networking with architects, Mechanical & Electrical consultants, real estate developers and interior designers.

The company sells quality products and represents over 18 leading manufacturers mainly from ITALY, SPAIN , TURKEY AND CHINA.

Our History

The founder of the company identified and took advantage of the business opportunity available in dearth of quality architectural finishes in the country far back in 1997 and became a trailblazer and a market leader in sales of quality products from the world leading manufacturers.

The company has a strong management team led by the managing director /CEO – Mr. Oladapo Egbeyemi. The formulation of the company’s framework is set on Strategy, Style, Market Share . These are the three major success pillars.
